Reception and Consideration of Completeness, Schedule Hearing Architect Cristianne Ortiz presented the application. Ms. Ortiz said approval was received from Torrington Area Health District (TAHD). She also shared a Site Plan which showed the pre-existing barn structure with a proposed vertical expansion. Ms. Ortiz confirmed the structure’s footprint would remain the same.
